Philippe Chiappinelli

Philippe Chiappinelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Philippe is currently working as the VP Sales & Partners Europe at Etiya, a leading software company specializing in customer experience-focused and AI-driven digital transformation. Prior to this, Philippe held the position of Sales Director France & NA - Comms & Media at Salesforce from 2020 to 2022 and Sales Director France - Comms & Media at Vlocity from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Sales Director- Global Account at Sandvine from 2015 to 2019. Philippe also served as a Senior Sales Director at Comverse from 2011 to 2015, where they supervised key accounts management and sold a wide range of solutions to CSPs. Philippe started their career at Ericsson (LHS Telekom) as the VP of Sales SEMEA and acted as the General Manager of the French affiliate. Prior to that, Philippe worked as a Sales Director at Netcracker (Convergys, Telesens-KSCL), SER, Imageware, and EDS Group, gaining experience in sales and marketing management roles.

From 1986 to 1988, Philippe Chiappinelli pursued an Engineer's degree and Master of Science in Electronics at Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications.
