Amy Bawlf

Amy Bawlf has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Amy is currently the Head of Operations (Dining) at ETM Group London since January 2023. Before this, they worked as a Project Manager at Punch Pubs & Co from January 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Operations Director at Laine Pub Company from February 2019 to January 2022. Amy also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bubbleology from September 2014 to February 2019. Amy served as the Operations Director at Coya Restaurant from February 2013 to September 2014 and as an Operations Manager at BaxterStorey from August 2010 to November 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Managing Director for Restaurants at Gourmet Restaurants Limited from November 2004 to January 2009. Amy started their career at Starbucks, where they worked as a Manager from November 1994 to November 2003.

Amy Bawlf obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Victoria, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Politics and History at The University of British Columbia, from 1998 to 2000.
