Rachel Masing

Rachel Masing has over 10 years of experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Rachel most recently worked as the People Director for ETM Group London & Maven Leisure since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People at ETM Group London from September 2021 to April 2022. Rachel also held the position of Head of Recruitment, Retention, Learning & Development at ETM Group London from September 2018 to September 2021. Rachel worked as the Head of Recruitment at GAUCHO and CAU Restaurants from August 2006 to August 2018. Additionally, Rachel held several roles at GAUCHO, including Kitchen HR & Development from August 2015 to October 2016, Managing Partner from January 2011 to February 2013, and Manager from August 2006 to December 2011.
