Alícia Torra

Alicia Torra has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alícia currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Etnia Eyewear Culture since June 2023. Before that, Alicia worked at Syniti as an HRBP Lead from March 2016 to May 2023, where they were responsible for introducing and managing multiple employee benefits and providing individualized support to the team. Prior to Syniti, Alicia worked as a Branch & Staff Manager at Quan Spa Chelsea from January 2014 to December 2015, where they assisted in expanding the business and trained staff on new software and marketing initiatives. Alicia also has experience as a Digital Content Creator and Project Coordinator at CRIT AUDIOVISUAL from September 2007 to August 2013, where they produced various videos and became proficient in video editing. Additionally, they worked as an ENG reporter at Granollers TV & Mollet TV from September 2005 to September 2007 and as an intern at iCAT fm from September 2006 to February 2007, where they gained experience in news production and website management.

In 2011, they briefly studied at the Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya, where they completed a Specialization Course in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Alícia'sundergraduate studies were conducted from 2003 to 2007 at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
