Navin Amarasuriya has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011. Navin held various roles at Risis, including Inventory Optimisation Controller, Manager Retail & Manufacturing, Product Design Team, Chemical Operator (Formulation), Export Business Development Lead (Retail), Copywriter (Product Development), and Factory Development Manager (Manufacturing). Navin then became a Non-Executive Director at B.P. de Silva Holdings from 2013 to 2021. In 2019, Navin joined EtonHouse International Education Group as a Non-Executive Director for the EtonHouse Community Fund. In 2020, they became the Director of Singapore at The Contentment Foundation and then served as the Chief International Officer in various locations. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at The Contentment Foundation. Additionally, Navin also became a Board of Directors Member at the Center for Contemplative Research in 2021.

Navin Amarasuriya earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Manchester from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Digital Media Design from Nanyang Polytechnic from 2004 to 2007.
