Karen Shamir

Karen Shamir is an experienced professional currently serving as the Middle Office Analysts Team Leader and previously as a Middle Office Analyst at eToro since November 2020. Prior to eToro, Karen worked at Shamir Capital from 2018 to 2020 as a Middle and Back Office Employee in a global hedge fund focusing on Technology, Biotechnology, and Health-Care. Additionally, Karen held the position of Underwriter at BLender from January 2018 to June 2018, specializing in credit underwriting for a peer-to-peer lending fintech. Earlier experience includes working as a Research Assistant at IDC Herzliya's resilience and social interaction lab from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Karen is pursuing a Master of Arts in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics at Reichman University, where a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology were previously completed.
