Jamie Kennell

Client Server Network Architect at eTRANSERVICES

Jamie Kennell has a strong background in information technology, with a focus on system administration and network architecture. Starting in 2006, Jamie worked as the NCOIC of Configuration Management in the United States Air Force before transitioning to the role of Configuration Management Technician in 2008. In 2012, Jamie became the Section Chief of Directory and Authentication Services in the Air Force, where they managed and maintained various directory and authentication systems. Jamie then joined KForce Government Services as a Directory Services Operations Administrator in 2016 before moving on to CSRA Inc. as a Senior Systems Administrator. In this role, Jamie was responsible for maintaining Active Directory infrastructures, securing web application servers, and managing Windows Server clusters. In 2017, Jamie joined IndraSoft, Inc. as a Systems Engineer, and in 2018, they joined ManTech as a Senior System Administrator. Currently, Jamie is working as a Client Server Network Architect at eTRANSERVICES Corp.

Jamie Kennell has a strong education background in the field of computer networks and security. They obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networks and Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they pursued from 2002 to 2016. Prior to that, Jamie attended the Community College of the Air Force and earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Information Systems Technology from 1996 to 2008.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jamie has also obtained several certifications. They are a Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, which they attained in April 2022. They also hold the Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification, acquired in October 2021. Jamie has demonstrated their expertise in various areas by obtaining certifications such as MCSA Server 2012 R2 from Microsoft in March 2018, the Microsoft Certified Professional certification in February 2017, the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in April 2013, the Security+ certification from CompTIA in August 2010, and the Network+ certification from CompTIA in November 2008.

Jamie's dedication to continuous learning is highlighted by their pursuit of the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) ce Certification, which they are set to obtain in January 2023.
