Kalliopi Pesiou

Kalliopi Pesiou has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kalliopi most recently worked at Etraveli Group as a Senior Project Lead in Internal Control and Compliance since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from June 2018 to February 2022.

Before joining Etraveli Group, Kalliopi worked at EY as a Learning & Development Team Leader from July 2014 to May 2018. Kalliopi was responsible for leading and supervising a team of L&D specialists and facilitating training sessions.

Earlier in their career, Kalliopi was a Recruitment Officer at Avery Dennison's European Talent Acquisition Team from September 2013 to June 2014. Kalliopi managed the entire recruitment process, including sourcing CVs, conducting interviews, and participating in job fairs.

Kalliopi also worked as a Freelance Attorney, specializing in labor law, from July 2012 to August 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a Legal Advisor in the HR Department of the European Investment Bank from February 2012 to June 2012, where they handled legal monitoring and research as well as individual requests and disciplinary procedures.

Kalliopi's early career included a role as a Trainee Lawyer at Law Offices Loras, Loras & Partners, where they analyzed case law, conducted legal research, and handled administrative procedures before national courts.

Kalliopi Pesiou completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Faculty of Law from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Labour Law at the same university from 2009 to 2011. In 2010-2011, Kalliopi participated in the Erasmus program at the Université catholique de Louvain, studying European law. Kalliopi continued their education with a Master's degree in HR Management and Organisations at the Université de Lorraine, Paul Verlaine, Metz from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Occupational Training in Labor Law from the Luxembourg School for Commerce - Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in 2013. Kalliopi also holds several certifications, including the ICI - Inter-Cultural Intelligence Certified Practitioner from KnowledgeWorkx, TRACOM Social Style certification from the TRACOM Group, and Talent Q - Psychometric assessments from TalentQ Nordic.
