Luda Korchevnik

Luda Korchevnik has extensive experience in Human Resources, having held positions since 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as Human Resources at Psagot Human Resources, responsible for recruitment, managing and professional jobs, conducting phone interviews and writing detailed personality assessments. From 2014 to 2016, they were HR (Recruitment, Welfare and Training) at Carlton Hotels, responsible for management of the HR Department, recruitment, welfare, training activities and payroll. From 2016 to 2020, they were Head of Human Resources and HR Manager at Bombardier, leading development and execution of human capital strategies, talent acquisition management, on-boarding procedures, building human capital, and consulting managers about HR and managerial processes. From 2020 to 2022, they have been an Executive Consultant & Coach, specializing in building HR in organizations and leading change, searching and managing talents, and career coaching. Luda is currently Head of HR at eTribez.

Luda Korchevnik has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they received a Certificate in Human Resources Development from the MBTI Business Training Institute. In 2018, they completed an Organizational Consulting course from The Open University of Israel. From 2011-2012, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Haifa and a Payroll Accountant certification from Western Galilee College. Lastly, from 2006-2010, they obtained a Social Science degree in Criminology from Bar-Ilan University.
