Vera Silva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Services Executive at ETS plc since April 2022, Vera previously owned The Preposterous Pigeon from August 2017 to August 2022, where a passion for hand lettering and calligraphy transformed into a successful Etsy shop. Prior roles include a Delivery Systems Specialist at Minster Logistics Software and a Subject Matter Expert - Application Support Administrator at Northgate Information Solutions. Vera began the career in application support, progressing from a Trainee Application Support Administrator to roles in credit control and translation, following a degree in Translation covering English, Spanish, and German from the Polytechnic of Leiria.
