Hanna Laurila has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hanna currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Etteplan, where they support the company's global growth in the field of technology and leads the development of talent acquisition processes, tools, and practices. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at GE Healthcare, providing strategic and operational talent acquisition support to managers and HR in the Nordics. Hanna also held the position of Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at GE, partnering with business and providing talent acquisition support to internal client groups. Earlier in their career, they served as a Talent Acquisition Leader at GE Healthcare Finland and worked as a Consultant at DOCS International, where they identified and selected professionals for the medical and clinical research industry. Additionally, they have experience as a Supervisor and Work Counsellor during their self-employed period.
Hanna Laurila completed their Bachelor's degree at Oulu University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1995. Hanna then pursued Sociology studies at the University of Helsinki from 2001 to 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they earned a Certified Supervisor and Coach, STOry degree from the University of Tampere 1925-2018. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, they attended the University of Eastern Finland to become a Career Coach.
