Daniel Mösinger

Dr. Daniel Mösinger is Senior Vice President and Underwriting Counsel, based in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, Daniel leverages his M&A experience and understanding of the deal dynamics in the EMEA market to support clients on a wide variety of transactions. Prior to this role, Daniel spent over seven years at K&L Gates LLP, where he focused on advising clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions as part of the Corporate, M&A, and Venture Capital teams. Daniel graduated from Freie Universität Berlin and earned his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Mannheim.
