Shawn O'Neill

Shawn O'Neill is the Chief Underwriting Officer at Euclid Transactional, a subsidiary of Euclid Insurance Services, Inc. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Senior M&A Underwriter at AIG and as an Associate at Latham & Watkins and Allen & Overy. Shawn's experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. Shawn holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Penn State University.
