Larry Crompton has extensive experience in law enforcement and loss prevention. Currently serving as the Loss Prevention Supervisor at Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative since June 2018, Larry Crompton also contracts with the Eugene Police Department following retirement from a full-time role there. Within the Eugene Police Department, positions included Sergeant of Internal Affairs and Sergeant of the Downtown Team, where oversight included nine Downtown Officers and one Midtown Officer. Prior experience includes serving as a Patrol Sergeant and a police officer in various roles, beginning as a Deputy with the Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff. Educational qualifications comprise multiple degrees in Criminal Justice and training from the Oakland Police Academy and the DPSST Lateral Police Academy.
