Barbara Haderi-Pinke

Barbara Haderi-Pinke has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Barbara is currently working at EUMETSAT as a Team Leader in HR Services since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for tasks such as implementing staff rules and instructions, responding to employee queries, leading annual administrative processes, maintaining the division's intranet and participating in HR projects.

Prior to their current role, Barbara worked as a Human Resources Analyst at EUMETSAT from September 2019 to December 2021. Barbara'sresponsibilities included providing support in the implementation of staff rules, resolving HR administrative issues, leading various administrative processes, participating in projects for HR process improvement, and serving as a backup for team members.

Before joining EUMETSAT, Barbara worked at UNICEF as an HR Associate from August 2016 to August 2019. Barbara'srole involved contract administration, monitoring personnel records and contractual status, preparing HR documents, analyzing non-compliant cases, ensuring correct entitlements for salaries, training and mentoring staff, supporting the implementation of a new case processing system, coordinating with various divisions within the UN system, and ensuring the application of UN staff rules.

Barbara's previous experience includes working as an HR Assistant at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission from January 2012 to July 2016, a Project Manager at InterContact Budapest in 2010-2011, an Administrative Assistant at the Council of the European Union from 2007-2009, and a Translation Coordinator at K&H Bank from 2004-2007.

Barbara Haderi-Pinke earned a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Milton Friedman University, which they attended from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources from Szent István Egyetem, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Barbara also obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Human Resources from Open Universities Australia in March 2014.
