We build and invest in city and long haul fibre networks and today we own and operate deep fibre networks in 17 cities, with a long haul network spanning more than 66,000 kilometres.

Headquartered in London, with our team of over 350 people located across 8 European countries, we’re excited to be expanding our business to Sofia, our eighth office location. We’ve opened a new office and are building a team in Bulgaria as we lay the foundations for the next phase of our growth. It’s an exciting time to join euNetworks and the new team is pivotal to our growth.

We’re developing a new customer centre of excellence in Sofia – an important next step in how we support our existing and new customers. euNetworks serve, support and partner with some of the most discerning users of connectivity in the world – from hyperscalers, cloud service providers, data centre operators, telecom and mobile operators, to media broadcasters and enterprises across a range of sectors. The Role

euNetworks is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our new desk-based sales team based in Sofia.  You will lead a team of account managers looking after a portfolio of existing customers.  Utilising your skills and experience, you will inspire and motivate the team to develop deep customer relationships and grow our revenue.

You will play a critical role in developing and driving sales strategies that align with broader business objectives and be responsible for coaching, managing, and developing a team of Desk Based Account Managers to achieve sales targets, provide a positive customer experience and drive revenue growth.

You will have well practiced tools and techniques to drive success across the business mix, from renewals to new business acquisition, as well as strong awareness in the field of remote and digital selling to exploit a variety of routes to market.

This is a diverse and challenging sales role where attention to detail and an overriding passion for building inspiring customer relationships are needed, along with a positive "can-do" attitude towards the daily demand to multi-task.

 What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement, within both remote and digital sales go to market approaches.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives
  • Ensure your team maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and utilisation of our CRM system
  • Analyse sales performance data, develop actionable insights and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and promote a culture of customer-centricity across the sales team
  • Coach and develop team members, delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics

 What do we want from you?

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Bulgarian are essential.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing a desk based sales team and delivering sales growth results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency, meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and deadlines
  • A passion for and experience with, delivering excellent customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to develop insights and improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train team members to improve sales performance and meet targets
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset
  • Confidence, energy, passion and an ambition for personal development

Ideally, we would also like you to have

  • German language skills, in addition to English and Bulgarian would be an advantage
  • Degree in business, marketing or related field, or similar competency
