Job description

Be part of an innovative and growing company in the life-science industry!

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our dedicated team at Eupry ApS. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our product portfolio, ensuring its success in the market.

Position Overview

Eupry is seeking a hands-on dynamic Product Manager to join our business. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing our products vision, development processes and ensuring that our innovative temperature monitoring solutions continue to lead the industry. You will collaborate closely with our customers, Eupry’s management team and the development team to set the direction of our innovative services and products.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Sales to understand market needs and define product requirements. You will drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements, are competitive in the market, and align with the company's strategic objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Set the Product Vision: Shape the product vision, roadmap, and positioning based on Eupry’s objectives, market opportunities, customer feedback, and analysis of data. This will be in collaboration with the leadership team. It will be vital to set the right product vision to reach our business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Secure a robust process for keeping the product vision aligned with both internal and external stakeholders by engaging actively with our customers and internal team leads. This includes coordinating with marketing, sales, QA, business development, and finance to secure impactful product releases.
  • Communicate Clearly: Communicate widely to the whole company why we are prioritizing certain product features and which features have been most successful in the market. Keep the organization informed about the upcoming features.
  • Update the Market Insights: Maintain an awareness of our customers as well as the broader competitive landscape to make sure we stay in front of the temperature monitoring industry.
  • Run the Product Development Process: Collaboration with hardware and software leads to refine the product development processes, optimize workflows and secure the experienced product quality.
  • Lead the Full-Cycle Product Work: Lead and execute hands-on full-cycle product work, including user research, product roadmap, product design, basic UI/UX design, coordination with engineers, sprint management, product release, user feedback collection, and product refinement. Anticipating bottlenecks, managing project item prioritization, making trade-offs and balancing business needs versus technical constraints will be an important contribution to the development department.
  • Playing Coach Approach: Establish a sense of purpose for the development teams, fostering a shared understanding of goals and objectives. Lead UX/UI and project management in a hands-on “playing coach approach”, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Your qualifications as Product Manager:

  • Passion for Customer Value: You are passionate about delivering value to customers by building exceptional products and solving complex problems.
  • Product Experience: You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in building hardware or software products, demonstrating strong skills in user research, product design, and basic UI/UX design.
  • Leadership: Desire to be in a high-ownership role. Proven experience in leading product work, with the ability to work cross-functionally and as a function leader.
  • Desirable Experience: Experience in startup environments, enterprise product development, and a keen interest in solving challenging problems is a plus.
