Cristina Dalla Torre is a researcher at Eurac Research since February 2017, focusing on social innovation, development of marginal rural areas, and collective resource management in mountainous regions, with contributions to European projects such as Horizon 2020 SIMRA and Alpine Space initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as an intern in communication at CIPRA, where responsibilities encompassed text editing, public relations, and project collaboration; a communication and marketing intern at CoopCasa; and an independent collaborator on spatial planning at CIPRA. Cristina's research stage at Fondazione Bruno Kessler involved energy efficiency technologies, alongside previous project coordination at Casa Zambiasi ONLUS and journalism with Agência Jovem de Notícias, covering significant climate conferences. Currently pursuing a PhD in Land Environment Resources and Health at the Università degli Studi di Padova, Cristina holds a Master's degree in Environmental Economics from the Università degli Studi di Torino and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
