Carlos Nepomuceno

Carlos Nepomuceno is an experienced political analyst and project manager with a strong focus on Brazil's political landscape and infrastructure development. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Eurasia Group since April 2019, Carlos researches significant political developments, economic and fiscal policies, and public opinion. Previously, as a Program Project Manager for the Governo do Distrito Federal, Carlos managed a BRL 350 million initiative aimed at improving living conditions for approximately 95,000 residents. Carlos also held roles ranging from Special Aide to the Governor to Research Manager at Instituto FSB Pesquisa, alongside leadership positions in various organizations. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universidade de Brasília.
