Ilia Komarov has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ilia started their career as a Manager at Protek in 2002 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Uralsib, one of the largest banks in Russia. In 2009, they joined SIBUR as an HR Project Manager and later became the HR Director for SIBUR International GmbH and SIBUR-Trans. From 2012 to 2014, they held these positions simultaneously. In 2015, they became the HR Director at FRC Sheremetyevo, a role they held until 2018. Currently, they are employed as the HR Director for Eurasian Development Bank since 2018 and has held positions such as the Head of S&B and Deputy Director of Human Resources.
Ilia Komarov holds a Certificate of professional development in Finance and Financial Management Services from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), which they obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Post-Diploma in Human Resources Management from Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute) from 2007 to 2008. Earlier in their education, Ilia earned an Engineer's degree in Robotics Technology/Technician from Kovrov State Technological Academy named after V.A.Degtyarev (KSTA) from 1995 to 2000.
In addition to their formal education, Ilia has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional knowledge.
