Maxim Baturin

Maxim Baturin is the Director of Legal Affairs at Sokolov-Sarbay Mining Production Unit JSC within the Eurasian Resources Group. Maxim also holds the position of General Counsel and Head of the Legal Department at SSMPU JSC, as well as a Member of the Management Board. With a background in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and corporate law, Maxim has a strong educational background with degrees in law and legal sciences from prestigious institutions. Currently, Maxim is also a member of the Management Board at Kazakhstan Bar Association, overseeing professional activities of members.
