João Pedro Alencar

João Pedro Alencar has extensive work experience in revenue operations and data analytics. João Pedro started their career at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. João Pedro then joined Economus Consultoria Júnior, where they held various positions including HR Consultant, HR Director, President, and Strategic Advisor. João Pedro later joined Descomplica, the largest digital education platform in Brazil, as a Business Development Intern/New Ventures and later as a Business Development Analyst/New Ventures. João Pedro was responsible for partnership management, project planning, sales pipeline management, and conducting education sector analyses. João Pedro then moved to Nibo, a financial technology company, where they served as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst and later as the Revenue Operations & Data Analytics Coordinator. João Pedro played a pivotal role in structuring the revenue operations and data analytics department, working on sales operations, customer success operations, business operations, data analytics, and data engineering. Currently, João Pedro is working at eureciclo as the Head of Revenue Operations, where they are responsible for establishing the revenue operations area and optimizing revenue generation through accessible and reliable data, efficient processes, and operational efficiency improvements.

João Pedro Alencar obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from UERJ, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. João Pedro later pursued postgraduate lato sensu studies in Data Science/Ciência de Dados at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completing the program in 2021. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various SQL-related topics from DataCamp, with the most recent certification being in Revenue Operations from HubSpot Academy in July 2023.
