Marta Novotna

Marta Novotna serves as the Head of Pricing at Euro Jet Intercontinental Ltd. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Marta was the Department Manager of Pricing & IT at OMV from October 2018 to July 2022, where expertise in pricing intelligence strategies was applied for an Australian Oil and Gas operation in the Czech Republic. Marta has extensive experience in pricing and compliance through roles such as Senior Compliance Analyst at Medtronic and Pricing Manager in other firms, demonstrating a strong capability in financial analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Early career experience includes roles in financial modeling and business finance at SITA and other organizations, alongside a background in air traffic control and customer service with Czech Airlines. Education was obtained from the Czech University of Life Science, focusing on Company Economy & Management.
