Pavel Dmitriev

Pavel Dmitriev has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pavel currently holds the position of Head of Legal & Contracts for Large CapEx Projects Division at EuroChem since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal and Contracts Affairs at the EPC Division of Power Generating Equipment Production Company at Severstal from 2019 to 2021. Pavel also worked as a Legal Business Partner at Big Blue People, an IT startup, from 2018 to 2020, where they handled a range of legal matters including data protection, IP, contractual, and company registration issues.

From 2013 to 2018, Pavel held the role of Chief EPC Project Counsel at Astaldi - IC ICTAS CONSTRUCTION at IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT / IC ICTAS CONSTRUCTION. Pavel also served as the Legal Projects Manager at International Paper (USA) from 2010 to 2013, where they managed various legal aspects of large investment projects, M&As, and land buy-out projects. Prior to that, Pavel was the Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary at TKB BNP Paribas Investment Partners from 2007 to 2010, and at Baltinvestbank Asset Management from 2005 to 2007.

Pavel started their career as an Attorney at Law at the Bar Association of St. Petersburg, where they worked from 1997 to 2006. Throughout their career, Pavel has gained extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs, contract management, project counsel, and investment management.

Pavel Dmitriev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Saint Petersburg State University in 1993-1994. Pavel then went on to complete their Master's degree in Law at the Saint Petersburg Institute of Law named after Prince P. Oldenburgsky from 1997-1998. In 2015-2018, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration in Global Management at Hult International Business School. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained a certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute and International Management Institute.
