Marcelo Lage

Marcelo Lage is a seasoned professional in technology and innovation leadership, currently serving as Technology Lead and Continuous Improvement at Euroclear since October 2022, focusing on enhancing AML-KYC processes. Prior to this role, Marcelo worked at ING Belgium as Innovation Lead and Product Owner, where responsibilities included analyzing and prioritizing customer feedback on the Mobile App. Marcelo's expertise is further demonstrated through founding Startify U, where training and coaching initiatives were implemented across over 20 organizations. Additionally, Marcelo has taught post-graduate courses in Innovation and Knowledge Management at FAESA and Universidade Vila Velha.
