Alain Bosman

Alain Bosman has extensive experience in IT and telecom management, currently serving as a Problem & Incident Manager at Eurofiber Belgium since November 2019, focusing on ITIL major incident and problem management for customer connectivity infrastructure. Previously, Alain was a Problem & Release Manager at ASTRID, coordinating test and release management for dispatching applications across Belgium's emergency services. Alain's background includes roles at Telenet, where responsibilities ranged from End-to-End process assurance management to leading a team in radio design and optimization, as well as significant experience at BASE Company in Agile methodologies and application tools management. Earlier positions involved project management and system operations at KPN and Ericsson, with a foundational role at Philips Professional Systems in PABX systems implementation. Alain holds degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications, along with specialized training from Ericsson.
