Mickael Cascino

Mickael Cascino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mickael started their career in 2007 as a Process Designer and Project Leader at Danone. Mickael then moved on to AXA, where they held roles as a Project Leader and Responsable de Communication Interne, focusing on digitalization of internal communication and implementation of communication plans. Mickael also worked as a Directeur at Araucaria Hotel before joining AXA Banque as Responsable de Communication Interne. At AXA en France, Mickael worked as a Black Belt, leading optimization and transformation projects, and also worked on digital communication projects during a temporary assignment. Currently, they are employed at Eurogroup Consulting as a Principal and has previous experience as a Directeur and Manager, where they led strategic planning projects and process optimization initiatives. Mickael has also worked as an Intervenant Master 1 at Paris-Dauphine, teaching a module on strategy consulting and organization.

Mickael Cascino attended IPAG Business School from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in HR. Mickael later attended ISC Paris in 2005 and 2006, focusing on Audit and HR management.
