Mikael Johnsson

Mikael Johnsson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are the Head of Vehicle Engineering at euromaint Rail AB, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of the Technical department at the same company from January 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining euromaint Rail AB, Mikael worked at the Swedish transport administration as the Function responsible from April 2018 to October 2018.

The majority of their career was spent at Ericsson AB, where they held several positions. From November 2014 to March 2018, they were a Program Manager responsible for product introduction and project coordination. Prior to that role, they served as the Head of Project Office from November 2011 to November 2014, overseeing administration, finance, and mission management. Mikael also worked as a Product Manager from July 2002 to October 2011, coordinating and planning operational activities. Furthermore, they were the General Manager for Supply Development and Implementation from January 1999 to July 2002, managing supplies and supply chains on a daily basis.

Before joining Ericsson AB, Mikael held various managerial roles at Scania Group as a Transportspecialist from January 1989 to January 1990.

Mikael Johnsson has a diverse education history. In 1977, they attended Västergårdsgymnasiet and graduated in 1981 with a degree in Engineering. In 2017, they enrolled at IHM Business School and completed their studies in 2018, earning a degree in Operational Management, specializing in Management. During the same year, they also attended the Project Management Institute, where they obtained a PMP certification in Project Management.
