Capt. Utkarsh Jhingran

Capt. Utkarsh Jhingran is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in health, safety, quality, and environmental management. Currently serving as General Manager of HSQE at Euronav since September 2015, Utkarsh has been integral in ensuring compliance with rigorous safety standards. Previously, Utkarsh held the position of Business Manager at Royal Marine Management Pte Ltd, leading ship management services and driving company growth from April 2010 to August 2015. Utkarsh also has extensive experience in quality and operations management, marine superintendent roles, and has served as Master Mariner for prestigious companies such as Dynacom Tankers Management and Fleet Management Limited. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Ship Finance and Vessel Ownership from Lloyd's Maritime Academy and an Executive Education in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from the University of Mumbai.
