Pantelis Patsoulis

Pantelis PATSOULIS has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Pantelis started their career at Naval Division, Hellenic Republic of Greece during their military service from March 2000 to October 2001. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as a 2nd Officer at Ceres Hellenic Shipping Enterprises Ltd. Pantelis then joined Euronav and Delta Tankers as a Chief Officer from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they became a Marine Master at Euronav. From 2013 onwards, they held various roles at Euronav, including HSQE Superintendent, Deputy DPA/CSO, and Vetting and Nautical Manager. Currently, they are the HSQE Manager, Vetting Manager, and CSO MR at Euronav.

Pantelis PATSOULIS holds a Master's degree in Maritime Law (LLM) from City, University of London, which was completed in 2016. Pantelis also obtained a Captain A' Class License from the Hellenic Ministry of Mercantile Marine Seafarers Training Directorate in 2010. In 2009, Pantelis received a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Nautical Art and Science from the Schools of Higher Merchant Marine (ADSEN), which was completed in 1998.
