Andy Coles

Andy Coles has a diverse work experience in the risk and compliance field. Andy started their career in the financial industry in 1983, holding various roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Throughout their time there, they served as a Senior Compliance Manager, Senior Risk Manager, and Compliance Reporting & MI Manager. Andy provided leadership and support to different sales forces and joint venture arrangements with Aviva, managed compliance information, and delivered training sessions. In 2014, Andy became a Compliance Manager for MAPFRE Assistance, where they were responsible for all aspects of compliance. In 2016, they joined Europa Group Limited as the Head of Risk & Compliance, eventually taking on the role of Risk & Compliance Director. Additionally, they have served as the Deputy Chairperson for the National Accordion Organisation of the UK since 2018.

Andy Coles attended Haygrove from 1976 to 1981. Andy then enrolled at Bridgwater College from 1981 to 1983, where they pursued Business Studies.
