Sylwester Kowalski

Sylwester Kowalski is a seasoned Software Engineer at Europa Systems since October 2015, focusing on the development of tools that enhance organizational business goals, leading IT projects, co-creating IT strategies, and managing teams. Previously, Sylwester held the position of Konstruktor in the Research and Development Department, where responsibilities included optimizing project solutions and administering SolidWorks PDM. Prior experience includes being a Designer-Technologist at HPT Stainless Steel Fabrication, creating production documentation based on client information, and serving as a Geoinformatics Editor at Fotokart Sp. z o.o., where map digitization and geodetic measurements were a primary focus. Sylwester is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in No-Code Development at Warsaw University of Technology, following a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
