Niek Bosman

Niek Bosman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Niek began their career as a student recruiter at Ebbinge & Company before moving on to various positions within R.S.V. Sanctus Laurentius, where they organized events and managed teams. Niek then served as the president of the Financial Study Association Rotterdam, leading one of the largest study associations in Rotterdam. Niek also served as a student representative on the Faculty Council at Erasmus School of Economics.

In 2011, Niek interned in finance at Heineken International before joining Booz & Company/Strategy& in 2012 as a Senior Consultant. During their time there, they engaged in various assignments for multinational companies across different sectors, including consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, energy, and industrial services. Niek excelled in their role, leading workshops, guiding junior colleagues, and working with senior stakeholders to design new business units. Niek was promoted to Senior Consultant after two years and received the highest performance ranking, earning him an MBA sponsorship.

In 2016, Niek worked as an MBA Intern at Fundación Vicente Ferrer. Niek then joined Strategy& in 2017 as a Senior Associate, contributing to the firm's strategy and transformation projects. In 2021, Niek transitioned to EuroParcs, first assuming the role of Strategy & Transformation Manager before being promoted to Head of M&A and Integration in 2023.
