Catrena Brimelow has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Catrena began their career at Grayling as an Account Executive before moving on to Mintel, where they worked as a Product Manager. Catrena then joined Europcar Information Services as a Training Coordinator and later an International Business Analyst. At Europcar International, Catrena held various roles including International Product Manager, Loyalty Marketing, International Partnerships Manager, Operational Marketing Manager, and finally, Head of Online Experience. Catrena continued their journey at Europcar Mobility Group, taking on roles such as Group Digital Experience Director, Group Digital Support Director, and currently serves as the Group Product & Tech Support Director. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as online experience management, marketing optimization, partnership management, and software project management.
Catrena Brimelow attended Aston University from 1985 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Human Psychology with a focus on Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Human Resources, and Artificial Intelligence. In 1990-1991, they pursued a Marketing and Business Diploma at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, studying Marketing and Communication, Finance, and Economics. Later in 1991-1992, Catrena obtained a Diploma from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III, specializing in written and spoken French, French literature, and geography, achieving a Merit.
