Vikas Gaur, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, focusing on genomic instabilities in cancer. Vikas serves as an ambassador for the European Association for Cancer Research since March 2019. Previous roles include postdoctoral research associate at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, and senior research fellow at Delhi University. Vikas has substantial experience as a junior research fellow at AIIMS New Delhi, where significant projects on the role of mitochondrial heterogeneity and microRNAs in Acute Myeloid Leukemia were conducted. Vikas has also worked as a researcher at AIIMS, investigating inflammatory disorders, and has progressed through various academic achievements, culminating in a PhD in Biotechnology from Amity University. Education also includes a Master's in Medical Microbiology and a postgraduate diploma in Toxicology.
