Allison Smith

Allison Smith has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Allison started their career at Morgan Stanley as a Prime Brokerage - Client Relationship Manager. Allison then worked at Protiviti as a Senior Consultant, providing internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley consulting services to financial institutions. Allison later joined FBR, where they held roles as Senior Vice President - London Operations and Senior Vice President Internal Audit. Allison then moved on to PNC Financial Services, where they served as Senior Vice President, Compliance, and later as SVP Operational Risk - Capital Markets. Currently, they are working at EBRD as a Principal - Risk Officer, where they independently analyze and appraises risks of new and existing portfolio financial institution counterparties and banking sectors.

Allison Smith holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. Allison also has additional certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy.
