David Mascari

David Mascari began their work experience in 2002 as an Associate at Latham & Watkins. In 2007, they joined EBRD as a Counsel and later moved to Global Infrastructure Partners in 2008 as an Associate General Counsel. Returning to EBRD in 2012, they held the positions of Senior Counsel and Head of Legal Operations and Portfolio.

David Mascari attended Yale University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. David then went on to attend Harvard Law School from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree.
