Marta Modelewska, PhD has extensive work experience in various roles related to climate governance, climate resilience, climate finance, and infrastructure analysis. Marta currently holds the position of Principal at EBRD, focusing on climate governance and greening the financial sector. Prior to this, they served as a Principal at EBRD, specializing in climate resilience and finance, as well as an Analyst in the Infrastructure Sector at the Office of the Chief Economist at EBRD. Marta also worked as a Research Fellow at UCL QASER Lab at University College London. Additionally, they held the role of Holding Fund Officer at the European Investment Bank and worked as a Researcher in the Investment and Real Estate Department at Warsaw School of Economics. Earlier in their career, Marta worked in investor relations at PPP Advisory.

Marta Modelewska, PhD, earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Economics from UCL, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed a Master's degree in Economics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they attended ERSA Summer School in 2010, focusing on the Productivity and Financing of Regional Infrastructure.
