Olga Kompaniets

Olga Kompaniets is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trade finance and financial institutions. Currently serving as a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since October 2020, Olga has held key roles in various organizations, including a Senior Underwriter and Global Origination Manager at AIG, and an Associate Director at Berne Union, where responsibilities included managing the Short Term Committee and delivering industry-focused events. Olga's previous positions at Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Corporate & Investment Banking, and Commerzbank involved deal structuring, portfolio management, and credit analysis.
