Selma Bennis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Programme Specialist at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Selma is leading the operational setup for new offices in six sub-Saharan African countries and focusing on scaling high-potential start-ups through the Star Venture Programme. Selma's career includes roles such as Independent Board Member at Fondation AMANE, Head of the Entrepreneurship Section and Lecturer at Ecole Centrale Casablanca, and Director positions in various organizations such as Casablanca Finance City and the Centre Régional d'Investissement de Casablanca-Settat.
