Leila Magnini

Leila Magnini currently serves as a Legal and Policy Officer at the European Commission, having transitioned from the role of Legal and Policy Assistant in the Copyright Unit. Prior experience includes working as a Trainee Lawyer at Studio Legale Massironi and serving as an Editor for the Stockholm Intellectual Property Law Review. Leila also gained experience as a Law Student Intern with the Commissione Territoriale per il Riconoscimento della Protezione Internazionale in Milano. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University, a Winter Course on International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law, a Master in Diritto e Fiscalità nel Mercato dell’Arte from Treccani Accademia, and a degree in Giurisprudenza from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
