Tefta Kelmendi

Tefta Kelmendi currently serves as the Deputy Director for Wider Europe at the European Council on Foreign Relations, a position held since November 2020, and previously held the role of Programme Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, Tefta Kelmendi worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in France as a Counsellor focusing on Multilateral Relations from May 2015 to November 2020. Tefta Kelmendi's experience also includes a tenure as a Consultant and Political Advisor at the Ministry of European Integration in Kosovo from March 2012 to January 2014, and as a Project Officer at WYG Group from October 2007 to October 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Affairs and International Security from Sciences Po (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Public Policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology (2004-2008).
