Lisa Foster's work experience includes various roles in sustainability and waste management. Lisa is currently the Head of Sustainability at European Flavours & Fragrances since May 2022. Before that, they worked at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where they held the positions of Sustainability Partnerships Manager from October 2020 to April 2022, and Sustainable Packaging Manager from December 2017 to October 2020. Prior to their time at Coca-Cola, Lisa worked at the London Borough of Havering, where they held the positions of Waste and Recycling Manager from August 2013 to December 2017, Recycling Team Leader from February 2007 to August 2013, and Waste and Recycling Officer from September 2005 to February 2007. Lisa started their career as a Recycling Officer at Rochford District Council from March 2003 to September 2005.

Lisa Foster's education history begins in 1993 when they attended the Antwerp International School, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. During their time there, they studied subjects such as English Literature, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematical studies, French, and Geography. After graduating in 1997, they went on to enroll at the University of Essex for their undergraduate studies. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Ecology and Environmental Biology. It was during this time that Lisa decided to further their education by pursuing a Master of the Environment degree at the University of Essex. Lisa attended the university from 2000 to 2001 and focused on the field of study in Environment, Science, and Society.
