Claudio Bonfanti

Claudio Bonfanti has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Claudio started their career as a Sales Agent at Generali Belgium in 1998. In 1998, they joined Schroder Investment Management (Luxembourg) S.A. and held various roles, including Head of the Client Support Management team, responsible for the relationship with the Italian Market and Local Sales Office. Claudio also worked directly with the Managing Director on project work. From 2011 to 2017, Claudio worked at Schroders as the Head of Distribution Network Support, overseeing due diligence, client support management, and trading account general ledger. In 2017, they joined KNEIP as the Head of Client Services, and in 2018, they joined European Fund Administration (EFA) as the Head of Client Services & Customer Due Diligence. In 2019, their role expanded to include also the Head of Client Lifecycle & Service Delivery Management at EFA.

Claudio Bonfanti attended the Università degli Studi di Bergamo from 1991 to 1997, studying Economics and Commerce. In 1992 and 1993, they also served in the Army, achieving the rank of Caporal. From 1989 to 1991, Bonfanti studied Electronic Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. Claudio completed their secondary education at the European School in Brussels, Uccle, earning a BAC degree from 1976 to 1989.
