Nicolas Poulain

Nicolas Poulain currently serves as the Head of Monitoring, Automation and Orchestration Unit at the European Investment Bank (EIB) since October 2023. Previously, Nicolas held several positions at the Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) from November 2016 to October 2023, including T24 Application Support Manager, responsible for managing the T24 application during a core banking system migration, and Production Management & Application Support Manager, overseeing a team of 17 in level 2 support and testing new projects. Prior to BIL, Nicolas worked at Clearstream Services as a Senior Application Support Engineer and led the acceptance test team, focusing on test strategy and process improvement. Educationally, Nicolas obtained an engineering degree in Computer Science and Electronics from the Institut de Génie Informatique et Industriel from 1995 to 2000.
