João Costa

João Costa has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Customer Portfolio Lead at the European Medicines Agency since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the European Central Bank as an IT Project Manager from March 2021 to May 2022, a Business Analysis Specialist from June 2017 to March 2021, and as a Trainee from June 2016 to June 2017. Before joining the European Central Bank, João worked at PwC Portugal as an Accountant Assistant from October 2015 to June 2016, and as a Trainee from April 2015 to October 2015. Additionally, they gained experience at CGD, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant from June 2014 to November 2014, and as a Trainee from June 2013 to May 2014.

João Costa has a Master's Degree in Data Analytics from FEP U. Porto - Economics and Management, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. João also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the same institution, earned from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, João participated in the ERASMUS Program Mobility at the Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2011 and 2012, studying economics. João has obtained various certifications, including Certified SAFe® 6 Scrum Master and Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023, as well as other certifications in Power BI Desktop, Tableau Consumer, IT Information Library Foundations, and Professional Scrum Master I in previous years.
