Francisco Caamano has extensive experience in security and management, currently serving as Business Continuity Management File Manager and Security Coordinator at the European Parliament since February 2016. Prior roles include Field Security Officer at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and Police Station Commander at Guardia Civil. Earlier in the career, Francisco held positions such as Chief of Security at the Consulate General of Spain in Jerusalem and Security Officer/Close Protection at the Spanish Embassy in Washington D.C. Educational credentials include an MSc in Security & Risk Management from the University of Leicester and ongoing studies in Criminology, Criminal Justice and Corrections at Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes. Francisco has also completed numerous specialized training programs related to security and risk management.
