Joe Spencer

Joe Spencer is currently the Key Account Manager at Global Quantum Intelligence, LLC, and also holds the position of Quantum Business Affairs Lead at the European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC). Previously, Joe served as the Director at IoniQ Consulting, Executive Consultant at Quantum-Futures, Team Leader at QinetiQ, Senior Scientist at Dstl, and Research Fellow at the University of Southampton. Joe has a PhD in Physics from the University of Southampton and a Master's degree in Physics. Throughout their various roles, Joe has showcased expertise in quantum technologies, defence-related R&D, laser physics, radar science, and spectroelectrochemical techniques.
