Kamila Oglęcka

Kamila Oglęcka, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, innovation, and funding. Currently serving as Managing Director at INSULTING since November 2018, Kamila specializes in facilitating deep tech start-ups and has led successful EICA applications. Simultaneously, Kamila is an Expert Evaluator for the European Research Executive Agency, contributing to the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Zaz Ventures and Research and Innovation Funding Expert at GAEU Consulting, where Kamila was instrumental in securing significant funding for various projects. With postdoctoral studies at Nanyang Technological University and a PhD in Biophysics from Stockholm University, Kamila possesses a strong academic background in biophysical research and technology development.
