Karinna Lattes is a highly experienced gynecologist and reproductive endocrinologist currently affiliated with the Centro de Infertilidad y Reproducción Humana (CIRH) since May 2012, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of fertility issues including artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, and preimplantation genetic screening. In addition, Karinna serves as a Scientific Coordinator for the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) since January 2020 and has held the position of Associate Editor for Human Reproduction. Previous roles include obstetrician/gynecologist positions at Vidaintegra and Darsalud. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a focus on Reproductive Endocrinology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, along with various advanced degrees in human reproductive medicine, obstetrics, gynecology, and cell physiology.

European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE)
The main aim of ESHRE is to promote interest in, and understanding of, reproductive biology and medicine. It does this through facilitating research and subsequent dissemination of research findings in human reproduction and embryology to the general public, scientists, clinicians and patient associations; it also works to inform politicians and policy makers throughout Europe. On a more applied level, it aims to promote improvements in clinical practice through organizing teaching, training and continuing medical education activities, developing and maintaining data registries and implementing methods to improve safety and quality assurance in clinical and laboratory procedures.
